Verification Policy
Payout Tracker Pro uses a tiered auditing system to ensure data accuracy and transparency. Our three-tier verification levels provide different degrees of confidence:
Community Verified
Payouts submitted by community members with supporting documentation. These entries undergo basic validation but are primarily based on user-provided evidence.
Auditor Verified
Payouts verified by our internal audit team through blockchain transaction verification, cross-referencing multiple sources, and thorough documentation review.
Official Verified
Payouts confirmed directly with the prop firm's official records or through API integration. This is the highest level of verification available.
While we strive for maximum accuracy across all verification levels, 'Community' and 'Auditor' verifications are based on third-party submissions and external data sources. Only 'Official' verifications represent data confirmed directly by the prop trading firm.
Submission Process
Every payout entry on Payout Tracker Pro must be submitted with supporting proof — either a screenshot of the transaction or an official payout certificate. Submissions without valid proof are automatically rejected and will not appear on the platform.
Dispute & Correction Process
Any listed entry can be flagged by community members if they believe it is inaccurate, fake, or a duplicate. Each flag must include a reason and supporting details. Flagged entries are reviewed by an admin, and confirmed errors are either corrected with the accurate information or removed from the platform entirely.
What Verification Does NOT Mean
A verification badge — whether Community, Auditor, or Official — confirms only that the submitted proof was reviewed and matched to the claimed payout details. It does not constitute financial advice, an endorsement of the firm, or a guarantee of future payouts. Always conduct your own research before making any trading decision.
